Teams will notice that multiple weeks have been released. Some are for makeups/some are preplays. PAY ATTENTION TO WHICH WEEK YOU ARE SELECTING IN SCOREKEEPER
TEAMS THAT HAVE MAKEUPS WHO STILL HAVE NOT PLAYED: IF NOT COMPLETED BY 6/22, THEY WILL BE ENTERED AS FORFEITS
TEAMS GOING TO WPC IN AUGUST: You MUST PREPLAY any matches that are in the schedule for the DATES YOU ARE PLAYING IN WPC IN VEGAS. You WILL NOT be able to do makeups because by the time you get back we are in the last week heading into playoffs. NOT DOING THIS WILL HAVE YOU FORFEIT MATCHES.
Match questions, issues, etc., REACH OUT TO YOUR DIVISION DR FIRST! If your DR cannot answer your questions, help, etc., they will reach out to another DR or an LM
If there are table issues with AJs/Jenny's: please reach out to Troy Langley (856) 207-8049 or Lindsy Black (609) 417-9559 they will help.
Any overall APA issues, please reach out to Troy Langley, Melissa Rechner, Lindsy Black. They will coordinate who/how/what to handle if needed.
Diana Lynn Beard-Boyle worked many hours yesterday with teams/players on travel/travel assistance for WPC. Anyone who hasn't done so, made arrangements, etc., will be able to have her complete needed issues on 7/1.
There is still office staff around that will help Troy, Missy and Lindsy if needed; but will NOT be able to help individuals
